Today, I came with you to provide 18 keyboard shortcut that helps you to work fast on your computer. when you gather all the shortcuts and use the all shortcut to your daily needs, I can say emphatically your daily life way has been easier.

When working on the computer, we have to go through different types of work. But in this age, your work the more faster and good, the more your demand will be.

One person does one job in 20 minutes and the other person in 10 minutes. But the person who is doing this job fast will have the highest demand.

#1. Undo & Redo

Usually what we do is press ctrl + z on the keyboard to undo if we make a mistake.

press ctrl + y for windows

for windows 👉👉Press Ctrl + Shift + N while on your desktop or in an explorer window, and your new folder will instantly pop up ready to be named.

#3. Delete Files Completely 

this shortcut is very useful for everyone, because of when we want to delete permanently any file or folder, we have been using the mouse right button. when we click the mouse right button,.. an show this



and we chose the delete option for deleting the file or folder, but you know that the file is now moved to the recycle bin, then you open your recycle bin and deleting your file permanently.

but that is your time waste, if you want to delete your file or folder just a keyboard shortcut.

#8. Switch Between Virtual Desktop

when you create a new virtual desktop two ,three , four, five, or many more times. now you want to Switch your virtual desktop with keyboard shortcut.

Press and hold windows key + Ctrl, now you can switch between all the virtual desktop you made by using the left & right arrow keys for windows.



or you are a mac user Press and hold control key,now you can switch between all the virtual desktop you made by using the left & right arrow keys.


now ensure you no longer need that desktop you can close it by pressing the windows key + Ctrl + f4 for windows.



or you are a mac user Press and hold the option key + click X .



#9. Open Chrome in Incognito Mode

If you need incognito mode, press Ctrl + Shift + N  to save yourself some time!

Or if you have a mac Press Command + Shift + N 



#10. Open a Recently Closed Tab

if you have closed an important tab by mistake, don't worry. google chrome has this facility that can you back your mistakenly closed tab

if you want to back your mistakenly closed tab just press Ctrl + Shift + T


or you are mac user press Shift + Command + T 


this is the most useful and necessary shortcut to help you very well.

sometimes we can mistakenly close our important, required tab. but most people don't know this shortcut to back her closed tab.

#11. Open Links in a New Tab Without Going Into That Tab

this is our last shortcut. this shortcut helps you to open your all link separately no need to click your mouse right button. 

If you want to open your all of choice link separately.

just press Ctrl together and click that link with your mouse


#12 Open New Tab

usually, when we browsing something or important thing and at this time when need to a new tab, we use a mouse left button to click the plus(+) icon of the browser to create a new tab.

#13. Switch Apps

when you using many kinds of software on your pc and you want to open your recently used softwares, using a keyboard shortcut.
don't worry, 
just press the Ctrl + Alt + Tab for windows



or you are a mac user press Control + Tab



Another way to open the task view just press the Windows key plus tab

an finally there is the hotkey Alt + Tab for windows and Command + Tab for mac


#14. Use The Magnifier

The windows key combined with the + or - key will open the magnifier app, which allows you to zoom in or zoom out wherever you point your cursor.

#15. Open Action Center

many functions are available in one place called Action Center.

many functions are available Bluetooth, wifi, location, battery saver, mobile hotspot, airplane mode, project, vpn, brightness and many more something like this. 

to open the action center press Windows key + A letter.



or mac user your notification center is a click away top right an corner.

 

#16. Access The Setting

if you want to open setting just using keyboard shortcut 
press Windows + I


this little trick helps you to save your some time.

#17. Open The Task Manager

usually, we want to open task manager by using mouse right-click on the taskbar. then showed some option here you have get the task manager option click on it to open task manager.

if you want to open the task manager by keyboard shortcut press the Ctrl + Shift + Esc 



or you are a mac user press Command + space key to launch spotlight search field. type Activity Monitor in the search field and press enter or return.

#18. Open File Explorer

if want to open your file explorer by using the keyboard shortcut

by pressing Windows key + E latter.
